Privacy & Data Notice

The short version

The only personal data this site collects is what you voluntarily type into the contact form — your name, email address, and optionally your website URL. That is it. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking of any kind.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we receive:

• Your name — as you enter it
• Your email address — so we can reply to you
• Your website URL — optional; only if you choose to provide it

This information is sent directly to Norman Bauer at DMX Digital (norm@dmxdigital.site) by email. It is not stored in a database.

What we do not collect

• No cookies — none, of any kind
• No analytics or page-view tracking
• No advertising or retargeting pixels
• No fingerprinting or device identification
• No IP address logging
• No data from running the speed test — when you enter a URL and click Analyze, that URL is sent to the Google PageSpeed Insights API to run the Lighthouse analysis. We do not log or store the URLs you test.

How your contact details are used

If you submit the contact form, your name and email are used solely to respond to your inquiry about your website's performance. They are not shared with any third party, not sold, and not used for any marketing purpose without your explicit consent.

Third-party services

• Google PageSpeed Insights — receives the URL you test. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — the email delivery service used to send contact form submissions to DMX Digital. Receives your name, email, and any details you enter in the form. Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy.
